Worthy & United was first founded in 2018 as The Rising Woman Empowerment. Through the power of storytelling we opened up unfiltered conversations on topics that are often hidden due to shame or public criticism. We witnessed many people receive healing by sharing their story in a warm and protected space. Shame, guilt, embarrassment and sadness appeared to diminish when they voiced their truths to open and caring ears.
The stories we have shared across our podcast and events have been groundbreaking and therapeutic. There are SO many stories still to be told; testimonies of courage, strength, resilience and bravery. With each new story shared, more people realise what’s possible and feel more control and peace in their lives.
